Kordia Legal is a boutique law firm specializing in advisory services for Polish business families, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. The firm was founded out of the need to create a practice that not only addresses legal and tax matters, but above all supports clients in building a sense of security and family order. At the heart of Kordia Legal’s work are intergenerational succession, family foundations, wealth management, and tax planning – always grounded in values, relationships, and humanism.

Objective

  • To move away from the “cold” image typical of law firms and create a brand that inspires trust and is associated with safety and a relationship built on understanding.

Proposed solution

  • We conducted online branding workshops during which, together with the client, we defined the brand foundations: who we are for – the target audience; who we are – our differentiators and associations; as well as the brand essence and tagline.
  • Based on the workshop outcomes, we developed the visual language, including inspirations and two moodboard options representing distinct aesthetic directions.
  • The client selected one of the directions, and we refined it by incorporating feedback and expectations, so the final moodboard became a cohesive, approved base for the next steps.
  • The final stage involved designing the visual identity and creating a brand book, including: the logotype and symbol, color palette, typography, and guidelines for applying these elements across different contexts.
  • We then implemented this defined visual system across corporate materials. We prepared DL envelopes, letterhead, an email signature, a corporate presentation template, and business cards.
  • An additional step after completing the branding work was the design and launch of a website, ensuring a consistent brand presence both offline and online.
