B2C and B2B e-commerce for a premium brand in the GSM industry
Hammer Glass is a Polish GSM accessory brand specializing in premium protection for electronic devices. It offers advanced protective glass, including the strongest sapphire glass on the market. In cooperation with international manufacturers, such as Corning (the manufacturer of Gorilla Glass), it creates protective glass products. These undergo numerous (over 20) quality tests to meet the highest durability standards.
The company’s portfolio also includes the modern Hammer Glass Cut plotter. This device is equipped with a patented head that guarantees precise cutting. It allows for a perfect fit of the protective film to every device model. It also ensures full control over the finish quality.
Business challenge
- Creating 2 e-commerce platforms – a classic B2C one and an online wholesale store aimed at B2B customers.
- Hundreds of protective products tailored to various phone models. They required designing a clear e-commerce architecture and a logical division of the offer.
- The company needed a solution that allows for centralized management of orders, logistics, and warehouses in both sales channels.
Our solution
We prepared two separate e-commerce platforms that are visually consistent yet tailored to the needs of their target customers.
- We based the design and architecture of the B2C and B2B sites on the branding designed by our team.
- Regarding the technology, the client chose the IdoSell platform for the implementation of both stores.
- Consequently, our graphic designs and concepts had to be adapted to the capabilities of the available templates.
- In addition, during the design process, we also took into account the limitations regarding full customization.
- Working within these framework, we adjusted UX and UI elements to ensure full consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
- Beyond the technical setup, we prepared content and product descriptions for all product cards, as well as renders and product photos.
- Furthermore, we designed brand-image sections and subpages that tell the brand’s story and strengthen its communication.
We handle the ongoing update of marketing content on the website.
- On the B2B platform, we implemented additional solutions, including the presentation of various product lines and offers for business clients in the form of dedicated landing pages.
- We carried out the full e-commerce implementation on the IdoSell platform.
